Recently, I have been interviewed on three separate occasions about tapping by people with no tapping experience.
All three of the interviewers asked, "Where did you learn how to tap?"
That question isn't quite as straightforward as it seems. For me, the answer is in two parts.
I learned the basics of
EFT/Tapping from Gary Craig's original DVDs, and from materials I downloaded from websites belonging to Carol Look and Brad Yates.
When I first started tapping over 15 years ago, there weren't all the
