I am currently in Orlando, FL at a training event where I am learning loads and loads of good stuff about how to serve my audience better.

There was an interesting conversation that happened at the event last night. Marketing genius (and someone I have been a student of for over a decade) Dan Kennedy was talking about how we are perceived by the people we serve.

I have a very clear idea of how I want to show up in the world, especially to those I server, BUT just because I think I am showing up in a certain way, doesn't mean I actually am.
