Good morning,
I have two great free resources for you today!
First, over the last few months I have been giving a lot of thought to the nature of tapping and when it is most effective.
For the longest time I would have described tapping as a tool that provides and facilitates personal transformation.
The more I thought about it, the more I started to wonder if a better way of thinking about tapping is that it is an excellent tool that can be used in multiple approaches, based on the issue at hand and the skill/experience of the person doing the tapping.
Over the next few months in the podcast I am going to explore this idea further, because I believe it helps us to manage expectations AND get the most out of our tapping.
My first offering on this thought journey is about motorcycles and lily pads.
"Motorcycle jumps and lily pads" is an analogy I have recently been using a lot with my clients. By recognizing the type of healing process you are in (aka a motorcycle jump or a lily pad) means you will be much more likely to get the results you want with tapping.
You can hear my thoughts on how I apply this analogy with my personal tapping as well as in my client sessions here: [link]
I also include a sample of the tapping I use once I have introduced this concept to my clients that makes it even more accessible.
I'd love to hear your thoughts as I am learning my way through this new point of view.

Second, for the fourth year in a row my friend Lee Uehara is running International Tapping Month (ITM). Every day in August a new free resource from an amazing practitioner will be added to the ITM website.
You can find the free resources shared so far this year and access the resources from previous years right here: https://internationaltappingmonth.com/
Blessings,
Gene
