Recently I was having a conversation with someone I'll call "Mike", who isn't super interested in transformation or tapping or anything of the sort.
When it comes to his health and well being, he is pragmatic.
During our conversation Mike mentioned that he was starting to worry that his grumpy nature might be having an impact on his overall physical health.
For those of us who have been thinking about healing and personal transformation for any length of time, we are well aware of the ways in which our emotional lives can impact our physical health. It is exciting to see that scientific research and general consensus is catching up with this understanding.
As exciting as it is to recognize the connections between the emotional and physical, this realization can create problems as well.
During one of my recent Office Hours sessions, one of my students asked how we can tell whether an issue is purely physical or if there is also an emotional component. And if there is both a physical and emotional component, which one should we start with when tapping?
This week in the podcast I share how I approach these situations AND how the approach can be used with more than just physical issues. An understanding of this simple framework will make tackling all issues easier.
