Good morning,
One of my favorite parts of teaching is what I learn in the process of teaching.
What I mean by this is that every time a client or student asks me a question, I have to adjust my focus so that I can see an issue or concern through their eyes. This provides a great opportunity for me to think about what I know and believe in different ways.
When this happens, I learn and grow — and I love that!
This is exactly what happened last month! One of my students asked how best to apply the teaching from last month's class on creating and maintaining healthy boundaries.
As I was answering her question, I realized that I already use a framework daily, both in my personal and client work, that I have never taught before.
This approach isn't something I have taught before because I have so completely internalized it that I didn't even realize I was doing it. (Much like I don't think about breathing. I just do it because it works.)
The framework centers around how I approach the emotion about the issues, before I start work on the issue itself.
This isn't the first
time I have talked about this idea. It comes up all the time in my classes, when I am working with clients, and in the podcast.
BUT I now realize that there is a clear four-part structure that I can
easily share, rather than just reminding people: "Hey, we need to tap about the emotions we feel about the issue."
In this month's Art of Delivery Monthly class I will be teaching this framework
step-by-step AND I will do lots of demonstrations so you can see exactly how to use it daily.
Adding this one idea to your tapping will transform the results you get each time you sit down to tap.
Details for the October class
This month's class dates are:
- Tuesday, October 18th at 7:30 PM Eastern time
- Sunday, October 23rd at 12 noon Eastern time
You can attend either or both sessions AND
you will receive recordings of both classes, regardless if you attend one, both, or neither of the live classes.
Not only will I be teaching you my framework, I will also do demonstrations so you can see
it in action firsthand PLUS you will have the opportunity to try it out with other participants in a small group setting.
BONUS: You will also have access to my October Open Office Hours sessions
on Zoom.
Starting in October I have added a third date to my Open Office Hours.
You can join me on Tuesday, October 25th at 5 PM Eastern time, Thursday, October 27th at 11 AM Eastern time, and/or Sunday, October 30th at 7:30 PM Eastern time when I will be answering all of your questions about the class or anything else related to tapping. We may also tap together during these sessions, based on
the needs of the group.
The extra third session is perfect for my friends who live on the opposite side of the world from me, as my Sunday night session will be a Monday morning session for you!

If you are still on the fence, here are a few quotes from students who have trained with me recently:
I appreciate your genuineness. You use logic and reasoning (which I
love!) and combine them in a meaningful way with your intuition and empathic nature. The results are awesome! Thank you!
Your intuition, humor, and skill make you a potent
teacher.
You're like a friendly giant that no one sees coming. Meaning, tapping giant. The support and expertise you continue to evoke through your own skin, your
knowledge and continual diligence towards the human spirit is not comparable to the typical platforms often seen in the world of transformation.
This month's class will teach you exactly
how to deal with the emotions around an issue before you dive into the issue itself. This will be really helpful in client sessions, or whenever you are working on your own issues.
