Good morning,
While aboard a cruise ship somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean on a family vacation last month, two ideas turned into an experience that you might want to be a part of.
Idea #1:
In a recent podcast I shared how I was challenged by two questions asked by Dr. Thema Bryant in her Energy Fest presentation.
Those questions were:
"Do you want to be whole?"
and
"Are you willing to do what is
required to be whole?"
For me, just thinking about those questions and answering in the affirmative is not enough for any positive action to
result. I also need to create a structure of some sort to help me explore the idea further.
For the next couple of
months I have decided to dedicate more of my personal tapping time to doing exactly this. I will tap daily to work on becoming more whole. AND because change can be scary on a subconscious and an unconscious level, I will also be tapping for any limiting beliefs that surface around my fears of becoming truly whole.
Idea #2:
One of the best parts about tapping is how easily it can be added to other transformational tools and protocols. On a basic level, if we add tapping to whatever is already working to create healing and personal growth, it will be even more
powerful.
In the back of one of my notebooks I have a long list of ideas, tools, approaches, poems, spiritual
reflections, and the like, and I have always wondered how they might be combined with tapping, just to see what alchemy could result.
Up until now, I have never focused on these ideas in an organized way. Occasionally I play with one of them based on a whim, inspiration, or because of something that came up in a client session.
Many of the approaches I use regularly and that I teach in my Art of Delivery Monthly classes have been the result of this sort of experimentation.
I currently have a list of over 50 ideas that I'd love to explore further and I have decided to use them as the starting point for my daily tapping, starting with idea #1 in my notebook.
How you can participate: The Tapping Lab
If this sounds interesting to you, I invite you to join in the fun as I start to document these experiments in what I'm calling The Tapping
Lab.
These will take the form of short audios that I will share two or three times a week. Some of the audios
will be me tapping in real time, others will be an explanation of what I am trying and how it turned out.
These
experiments will give you new ways of thinking about tapping and healing AND I hope they will get your creative juices flowing when you wish to expand and amplify your own transformational work.
The Tapping Lab experiments will be shared via the Tapping Q and A Podcast supporters' page. For those amazing people who already support the podcast, you don't have to do a thing. You are all set.
If you would like to join in this experimental venture AND support the podcast at the same time, all you need to do is go to: https://tappingqanda.com/support
Supporters of the podcast at any level will get access to all of The Tapping Lab audios. For as little as $5 a month, you can follow my tapping adventure via a
number of short weekly tapping experiments.
The beautiful part about the platform I am using, Patreon, is that your
audios can be delivered to your preferred podcast app. Every time a new experiment is released, it will be delivered right away to your podcast stream.
You will also receive an email every time a new experiment comes out, so you can tap along with me on any computer, tablet, or phone that you have.
If you would like to join me as I experiment, plan, learn, and (most importantly) heal, all you need to do is go here: https://tappingqanda.com/support
Please reply to this email if you have any questions about The Tapping Lab (or anything else to do with tapping) and I will get back to you.
I hope you join me in that promises to be a fun opportunity to experiment and grow together: https://tappingqanda.com/support
Blessings,
Gene
