When I ask readers like you about your biggest struggle with tapping, the refrain I hear over and over again is:
"I always forget to tap!"
It makes perfect sense that when we are in the midst of a distressing situation, we are so busy fighting fire that we forget to use helpful tools. And when we are not in distress, we forget tools like tapping because we feel great and don't need help.
The easiest way to remember to tap is by establishing it as a habit, like brushing your teeth.
That's why I run the 30-Day Tapping Challenge every year in November. Spending a small amount of time tapping daily will help you to make tapping a habit so that when you really need it, you are more likely to remember to do it.
AND the great thing about the challenge is that it also addresses the second biggest struggle I hear from my readers:
"I don't know what to say."
To make the 30-Day Tapping Challenge even easier for you to do, every day in November I am releasing, absolutely free, a short tap-along video.

This year's theme for the challenge is the cultivation of positive attributes and characteristics. Every day we will be tapping for attributes like calm, peace, energy, focus, and joy.
I have also set a very specific goal for this year's challenge. My goal is to have us, as a community, do a combined total
of 10,000 rounds of tapping!
I believe that every time I sit down to tap, not only do I feel better, I also make the
world around me a little better.
In order to reach that goal all we need is 333 people to tap daily OR 500 people to
tap each week day.

- You press the play button
- You do a little tapping (each video is under 5 minutes)
- You feel better
- You send a few healing ripples out into the world
