Good morning,
While I have a reliable(ish) internet connection, I thought I'd drop you a quick note from Murchison Falls National Park in Uganda.
To call this adventure a "trip of a lifetime" does not begin to describe what we have been experiencing here.
While in Rwanda we had the chance to tap with kids, healthcare workers, and prison inmates. All of their lives have been deeply impacted by the genocide that took place in Rwanda in 1994.

I'd like to highlight three of the reflections.
Day 2
– Tapping with students
This was a morning of pure joy. Our afternoon was spent at the Rwandan Genocide Memoria, which could not have been more of a contrast.

Day 4 – Tapping with healthcare workers
If you made a donation during the 24 Hours of Tapping event last
July, YOU made this training happen! Healthcare workers and Red Cross staff were trained in tapping to help manage their own emotions and stress, and those of their families and clients. If you made a contribution, this is a must-read.

Day 5 – Tapping with inmates
I don't think I will forget this day for as long as I live. It came with so many big and conflicting emotions and ideas that it was hard to adequately capture them all in my post, but I gave it my best shot. We spent the day with 101 male and female inmates who not only have trained in tapping, but collectively have taught over 1000 other inmates how to tap. This is a chance to see the true power
of tapping in changing the world.

The last three days have been taken up by travel and time spent in the Ugandan bush, with reflections and photos coming tomorrow.
Thank you again for supporting the incredible work of the Peaceful Heart Network,
