Good morning,
It has been quite a transition coming back from East Africa.
Physically crossing seven time zones and going from 97° F heat one day, to 7° F the next takes a toll on your body.
Going from stories of genocide and trauma, underfunded schools, refugee camps and
prisons, to life in New York City is just as jarring to the mind and heart.
All that to say that I have been more than a little fuzzy-headed since my return.
You don't have to go through that much disruption to feel out of sorts.
When you start your day or sit down to do a task, you can feel a little off because of lack of sleep, eating the wrong food, a difficult conversation you just had, or because of many and various other reasons.
As you know, tapping is a fabulous way to find your way back into your body, clear your head, and focus on what you need to achieve.
In this week's podcast I share with you
the simple script that I have been tapping on to clear the cobwebs and be more present.
In addition to the short tap-along audio, I have included a tapping script that you can print out and keep close by
so you can use it at a moment's notice.
You can find the tap-along audio and script here: https://tappingqanda.com/545
I hope you find this process helpful,
Gene
PS: We'll be doing the 24 Hours of Tapping again this year on July 15 and 16, featuring interviews with more than 30 tapping experts from all over the world. While we are counting the days until then, I encourage you to revisit all the useful and powerful interviews from last year's event.
Check out my conversation with Robin Bilazarian who shares a number of excellent tapping techniques to help with physical pain. Watch and learn here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vdt7fuKPz1E
