If you are reading this email, I am guessing you are interested in tapping.
(Yes, I know that is a bold assumption to make of a person who is reading an email from Tapping Q & A.)
I would also be willing to bet that the reason you subscribed to emails like this is because you want your life to be better in some way.
That might also seem like an obvious statement, but I think that it contains a fundamental truth that's often overlooked.
Even though you are reading an email about tapping, most of us are not aiming to be better at tapping, instead we want our lives to be better. We recognize tapping as a tool that can help us achieve that.
The two most
common struggles I hear from my readers are:
"I don't know what to say when I am tapping" and
"I don't tap often enough (if ever)."
Those seem like complaints about tapping, but they aren't really about tapping.
People don't want to know what to say, they want to know what to say when tapping so that they can get better results. People don't want to tap more, they want to tap more so that their lives are better.
The biggest problem we face as tappers is not getting the results we want from our tapping. AND it isn't tapping that's at fault because we know tapping works. The issue is how and how often we
are tapping.
The reason I have dedicated my professional life to tapping is because I want something very
specific for all my clients, and my readers and listeners.
What I want for you is for you to be able to live an
authentic life. I want you to make choices that you love. I want you to take action that makes you healthier. I want you to be pain-free and active. I want you to do work that is meaningful to you. I want you to be proud of the impact you are having in a life that is well-lived. I want you to experience relationships that fill you with joy and help you to grow.
I don't actually want you to be a better tapper. Instead, I want you to tap in such a way that it helps you to create everything listed above.
There are three simple steps to creating the life you want with tapping:
- Take time to tap regularly
- Determine the best and most efficient place to start on an issue
- Tap in a way that
creates transformation and relief in the fastest way possible, with the longest lasting results
I know those steps seem obvious.
BUT the reality is there is a huge difference between something being simple and something being easy.
Those three steps might be simple to state, but if you are anything like me, there are times when actually doing them is anything but easy.
Over the last three years, my main focus has been exploring how to make these simple steps easy to execute so that we can create the authentic lives we truly love.
In recent months I have been gathering the most successful elements from all the experiments I've done in my own tapping, with my clients, and my students. I have put
them all in one place so that you can solve the biggest problem all tappers face: getting the results you want from your tapping in order to create a life you love.
All of these pieces have come together into what I am calling the First Action, Best Action Membership program.
Before I tell you about the program itself, I wanted to share a little bit about the name. The idea of First Action, Best Action means identifying the first action I can take right now that will allow me to take the best action to create the life I want.
For me, tapping is often the first action. For example:

Best action – a good night's sleep that allows me to do more tomorrow
First action – tap for my frustration because my internet is not working
Best action – treat the customer support agent (who didn't break my internet) kindly so they not only give me great service, but feel appreciated
First action – tap on all the tasks on my to-do list to clear resistance
Best action – do the most important tasks first so that I have a successful day
First action – tap on past memories that make me feel unlovable
Best action – take steps to create connections that lead to
fulfilling relationships
The question I am repeatedly asking myself all day long is: "What is the small thing I can
do right now to make it easier to take positive action towards creating a life I love?"
Thinking about tapping in
those terms shifts our focus from tapping, to the life we are creating via the tool of tapping.
The First Action,
