Good morning,
I have two quick items for you today.
First, we are on our way to East Africa!
After our fundraising tap-a-thon (the 24 Hours of Tapping) last summer, the team at the Peaceful Heart Network asked if there was anything they could do for us as a thank-you for organizing the event. My reply was "Can we come with you some time?"
That is exactly what is happening tomorrow. My sister and I are flying to East Africa this weekend. (And when I say this weekend, I truly mean weekend as we are leaving on Saturday and won't arrive until Monday afternoon.)
This trip is our opportunity to see the work of the Peaceful Heart Network firsthand in both Rwanda and Uganda, in a number of different settings. This includes work in prisons. Your generous contributions to
the 24 Hours of Tapping event went directly to supporting exactly this kind of work.
I will be documenting our trip on the website and Instagram.

My aim is to post every day or two to share our adventures and what we are learning. I don't want to overrun you with emails, but if you would like to receive an email each time a new post is added to the website, all you need to do is > > click here < < and you will be tagged to get all the updates.
If you prefer not to receive all the email notifications, you will hear from me once a week while we are on the road.
[Note: As a reminder, all of the funds that were raised during the 24
Hours of Tapping went directly to the Peaceful Heart Network and are not funding this trip. We are paying our own way and covering all of our own expenses.]
Second, the
website is now working!!!
I would like to apologize to everyone who has had issues accessing TappingQandA.com. Over the last week I have been living in digital hell. The good news is the website is finally working again AND all of the lost videos, podcasts, and articles have been restored.
ALSO, I was without email for about a week. If you emailed me and didn't get a reply, more than likely it was because I never received your message. If you still need to get in touch, please reply to this email.
As always, thanks for your continued interest and support of the tapping work we are doing. I hope you have a great weekend,
Gene
