Good morning,
I continue to be pleasantly surprised by the positive feedback I have been receiving about the series of "My favorite tapping phrases" podcasts.
As one listener put it:
"Gene! Thank you so much for the podcasts on your favorite phrases. I am loving the fact that not only are you sharing what works for you, but why you use the phrases you do. Not only have I added them into my own tapping, but I have been using them with clients as well. I hope the series keeps going!"
I'm happy to say that I have five more of my favorite phrases to share with you.
This week, I focus on the phrase that I find creates the most emotional space. By this I mean that when we are in emotional distress, we are often consumed by what we are feeling and it is most of our experience.
The tapping phrase I share this week calms your emotions AND creates a feeling of internal space, allowing you to see (and most importantly believe in)
possibility.
It is also a great phrase to use when you are in such emotional distress that you have no idea what
better could look like.

Let me know how this phrase works for you,
Gene
PS: This year's 24 Hours of Tapping will be here before we know it. Mark your calendar for Friday, July 14th and Saturday, July 15th. While we are counting down to this year's event, today would be a great chance to revisit one of the excellent interviews from last year. The recommendation this week is my conversation with the brilliant Dawson Church about how tapping and meditation can work hand in hand: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=esHG1iFJnRs
