Good morning,
Whenever I stop and think about the way the human brain works, I am invariably astonished.
Our brain is constantly working, processing, planning, and thinking.
Some of that activity is conscious, like trying to solve a problem or make a plan, but the majority of the brain's work is done by the subconscious mind.
The subconscious mind takes in all the information from our experiences and creates models of the world. These models help us to understand how the world works and teach us how to act, so that we can get the most out of life.
As an example, the fact that I learned not to touch a hot stove as a child has saved me decades of pain.
For the most part, this is
awesome.
BUT the problem is when the subconscious mind learns the "wrong" lesson. "Wrong" in this context is when it assumes that since something happened in the past, it will also be that way
in the future.
Logically, we know this is not true. We can grow, change, and learn. (AND hopefully we are doing a little of that every day.)
This week, I am continuing the "My Favorite Tapping Phrases" series with a phrase that helps to create a shift when you feel stuck in past experiences, which stands in the way of better health and transformation.
It is a super easy phrase to add to your tapping.

Let me know how this one works for you,

PS: This year's 24 Hours of Tapping will be here before we know it. Mark your calendar for Friday, July 14th and Saturday, July 15th. While we are counting down to this year's event, today would be a
great chance to revisit one of the excellent interviews from last year. Here is an insightful conversation with Dr. Tom Hanson on how you can use tapping to create peak performance: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y3uJJo9L1DE
