Good morning,
Very early on in my training to be a practitioner, I was introduced to the idea that our emotions are a system of information.
Put simply, the emotions we feel provide us with information, with each one conveying a different piece of information.
BUT emotions are more than an information system.
The information they provide is constant and relentless, meaning that our system will keep on sending information (in the form of the emotions we feel) until we acknowledge and respond to it.
As we continue the My Favorite Tapping Phrases series, this week we are considering the phrase I find works best as a release valve for emotions.
The beauty of this week's
phrase is you don't even have to tap or say it out loud. Just thinking about it will start to bring calm.
