The last time I did the 5 AM Action Club, something really weird happened on the first day...I just started crying uncontrollably live on Zoom.

Here is how it went down...

Our last bit of tapping was on our "big why". I find that connecting with why I get out of bed every morning is a powerful way to start my day. As I was tapping on the "big why" around the work I do, I experienced a huge wave of emotion and the tears started to roll.

I was so moved by the fact that I was getting the chance to do work that I believe in deeply, and I was overcome with such profound gratitude that I was brought to tears to the point that I couldn't speak.

It was 5:50 AM, and there I was crying live on Zoom in front of a class, and it was the best way possible to start my day. Connecting to that intense sense of gratitude while tapping is the fuel that drives me forward when there are difficult tasks ahead of me.
