Good morning,
One of the reasons that I love the tapping community is because it is very much a community.
People are willing to share their ideas freely and to give feedback.
I particularly enjoy receiving emails and feedback from readers who disagree with me!
It's not that I am looking for a fight. I am anything but a disagreeable type.
Instead, I love to hear other
dispositions and ideas about healing, transformation, and tapping. When someone disagrees with me, it gives me an opportunity to examine my beliefs, hear a different point of view, and grow from the experience.
A few weeks ago I received such an email.
First, I was so impressed with the amount of time my reader had taken to explain their point of view.
In their email they shared examples of a particular tapping phrase that I use a lot and why it didn't work for them. They even graciously gave me the benefit of the doubt in saying, "maybe it is just a verbal tic".
We then had a great back and forth
explaining our different points of view. AND I am a better tapper and teacher because of the conversation. (Emailer: You know who you are. Once again, thank you!)
The phrase in question is one of my favorite tapping phrases, and one I would guess I use more than any other when tapping. I don't use this tapping phrase by accident, but because I find it one of the most useful.
This week in the podcast I share this phrase, the rationale behind it, and how you can start using it in your tapping right away (even if you don't use it as much as I do).

I'd love to hear your thoughts on this (or any of my other content). You can always reach me by replying to these emails.
I hope you have a great day,
Gene
PS: This year's 24 Hours of
Tapping will be here before we know it. Mark your calendar for July 14th and 15th. While we are counting down to this year's event, today would be a great chance to revisit one of the excellent interviews from last year. The recommendation this week is to check out my conversation with Alex Ortner on Tapping for Productivity and Focus. Watch the interview here: https://youtu.be/dVaTZ_rB4xA
