Last week we started the occasional series, Healing Fundamentals. Over the next couple of months I will be sprinkling these lessons into the podcast feed.
This week, we are tackling the emotion that I spend the most time tapping for when working with clients and in my personal work.
That emotion is fear.
Evolutionarily, fear is one of the most powerful and primitive human emotions. So much so that I repeatedly tell my clients and students: "Fear always wins!"
Just because fear is such a powerful emotion does not mean it is something that is bad or unmanageable.
Instead, when we understand how fear works, we can understand where the fear is coming from
and how to transform it.
