Good morning,
If you are anything like me, you have spent a fair bit of time replaying the mistakes of your past.
I know I have had more than one sleepless night when all I was thinking was, "I can't believe you are soooooo stupid! You know better than that, you moron."
The reality is that even when we are making mistakes, we are making the best possible choice or action.
On the face of it, I know that doesn't sound true. AND if that were the complete statement, I wouldn't agree with it either.
There are two important caveats to that statement, which I believe make it powerful and important as it relates to the healing and transformational process.
In this week's podcast we
look at the best ways to evaluate our past choices and actions with honesty, while still being loving and charitable towards ourselves.
Understanding this week's teaching has transformed my own healing
process and I know you will love it too.

This really is a can't miss teaching of the entire 20-part Healing Fundamentals series.
I would love to hear your thoughts,
Gene
