Good morning,
I don't know if you have ever spent much time thinking about it, but the human memory is an amazing thing.
As an example, I invite you to play a little game with me…
I want you to think of your classroom from when you were 9 or 10 years old.
I'm serious...bring it to mind.
Now think of your teacher...
Where was your desk in the classroom?
Were there any windows?
See where your friends were seated.
Notice what was hanging on the walls.
AND just like that, you have been transported through decades, back to
a time and place that you haven't thought about in a long time.
That is the power of memory, where something from years ago feels very alive in the moment.
BUT there is a problem: your memory of that time is not accurate. I don't care how vivid it felt, your memory is wrong.
This is not a judgment of you, nor am I claiming you have a poor memory. Instead, it is because you are human.
All of us have memories where we do not recall exactly what happened. I'm sure you have some story in your family in which everyone remembers it a little (or possibly a lot!) differently.
This week in the podcast we explore why our recall of the past is imperfect. Much more importantly we discuss how this impacts your healing process and how to respond to what is going on in your life right now.
When we understand this, healing and transformation can happen more easily and in a more straightforward way.

record the audio and video versions at the same time. The content is the same, so you can access the version that works best for you.]
I hope you find this insight useful. It has certainly enriched my
own tapping practice.
Blessings,
