Good morning,
Our human brains work hard to make the world understandable.
To that end, the subconscious mind is an amazing cause-and-effect-finding machine: if we can learn why things happen, then the world becomes more predictable, which makes it easier to keep ourselves safe.
This is wonderful...except when the cause-and-effect story held in our subconscious mind is wrong.
A simple example could be of someone who is afraid of mice. When a mouse scurries by, the subconscious mind responds in the terror of the moment: "I am going to die right now!"
The tricky part of unpicking all this is how to uncover the erroneous beliefs and stories (that are cause-and-effect relationships) lodged deep in the subconscious mind.
This week in the podcast I have a phrase that feels magical in its ability to reveal these hidden stories and beliefs.
The best part is that as
well as being a tapping phrase, it also works well in normal conversations when you are helping a friend.
Learn the phrase and how to use it here: https://tappingqanda.com/561
I'd love to hear how this works for you,
Gene
