Good morning,
I am guessing that many of my readers can identify with my own experience of feeling like the black sheep of their family, friend group, fellow students, or co-workers.
Those of us who spend a lot of time in the transformational space often experience the world this way.
Like me, you may have felt like a misfit who did not easily fit into the world as it is and that you were made for something different.
Being a misfit can be
tough because even in the best-case scenario where you are confident inside yourself, it is also isolating and lonely.
In the worst-case scenario, you may be ostracized and bullied for being your
authentic self.
My friend Kris Ferraro also grew up feeling like a misfit. Despite the challenges that presented, she now recognizes that not fitting in is in fact her superpower.
Kris launched her latest book Your Difference Is Your Strength into the world yesterday! To celebrate, she joins me on this week's podcast to discuss the hardships and the gifts of being a misfit.
If you have ever felt out of step with the world around you, I encourage you to listen to this episode.

It was such a fun conversation (which is the only type I ever have with Kris) and I know you will enjoy it.
I'd love to hear your thoughts on this topic.
