Good morning,
When I was first introduced to tapping, I became an avid researcher.
I wanted to know absolutely everything I could about it! This led me to websites, newsletters, videos, podcasts, DVD sets, and live trainings.
I returned again and again to the content I found useful, leaving the less useful content (and content creators) by the wayside.
In my early quest for quality content on tapping, Lori Leyden caught my attention because of her work with marginalized populations and groups of people without easy access to the tools of transformation and healing.
Right away, Lori's skill and (much more importantly) her heart stood out to me.
In the decade and a half
that I have been involved with tapping, I have gone from being one of Lori's fans, to a colleague, to a friend.
Lori's new book Embodying Grace is coming out in just one week. Here is how her
publisher describes the book:
Embodying Grace introduces you to the transformative power of your Heart-Brain-Body connection, the 5 Stages of Embodied Grace and The Grace Process®.
These proven methods reveal where you are on your spiritual path and a formula that gets you to where you want to be. The result is that you feel safe enough to be fully present in your heart, with access to all you need for peace, healing, and transformation. You will be able to navigate life’s challenges with a deeper love for yourself, compassion for the circumstances you find yourself in, and sense of connection with the Divine.
This week in the podcast, Lori and I talk about the book, what drove her to write it, and what we can learn from her process that we can incorporate into our tapping
practices.
If you have a spiritual disposition that you bring to your tapping practice, this is a must-listen
conversation.
There are both video and audio versions of the podcast available.

I would love to hear how you add these ideas to your tapping
practice,
