Good morning,
I am the first to admit that learning to tap is one of the best things that has ever happened to me.
Tapping has changed every part of my life.
I am a healthier, happier person because of tapping.
I have met some of the most important people in my life via the tapping community.
Tapping has created some of the best professional experiences a person could imagine.
But there is one thing I have a problem with AND I have had this problem since I was first introduced to tapping over 15 years ago.
I can't
stand the name Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)!
The main reason for that is because I don't think that tapping is about being emotionally free. Not only that but I also believe it is a bad
thing to be emotionally free.
Now, before you reply to this email and tell me why I'm wrong, please hear me out. (I am open to being mistaken about this.)

Once I had a handle on this idea, it revolutionized the way I approach each round of tapping and personal transformation generally.
