Good morning,
I love how tapping can be applied to so many issues and situations.
Some of my favorite approaches to tapping have been created because of questions I have received from my students and clients.
A number of years ago, one of my clients asked me to help her find a tapping routine that she could use with her children at the end of the day. She felt comfortable tapping on her own, but was less confident leading others,
especially children.
Together we came up with four questions to encourage reflection on the day just passed, and in looking forward to the next day.
The process itself is simple. It is just four questions. You ask a question, the child
answers the questions, and you tap the whole time. You repeat this three more times with the other questions.
As we were putting this together, we quickly realized that this tool isn't just great for parents tapping with their children, but is something everyone can use.
AND to this day it is a tool I use almost daily, either to end my work day or right before heading to bed.
In this week’s podcast, I share the four questions, how to use them for yourself, and how to adapt them for your individual situation.
I also include instructions on how best to use the process with your children because there are a few subtle differences to using them as adults.
