Good afternoon,
I'm sure it is unsurprising that I spend time tapping every morning.
Most mornings, I tap for 15-20 minutes. I tap on the day ahead, my to-do list, my physical health, and anything else that is needed to set up my day for success.
There are
other mornings when I don't have that much time. I might be traveling, have friends or family in town, attending an event, or I am just running late.
Even when I have a tight schedule, I still tap
daily.
Spending as little as 3-5 minutes in the morning tapping makes such a huge difference in my day.
I would love to help you to create the same type of morning tapping habit, which is why I run the 30-Day Tapping Challenge every November.
Here is how the challenge works:
- Every morning in November I post a new video
- You press the play button
- You do a little tapping
- You feel better
It is really that simple.
AND to make it even easier for you to tap along with me, here are two simple ways to get involved:
First, every morning in November I will send out a brief email to everyone who signs up. The email will include a link to the tapping video of the day. That way you will receive a gentle daily reminder to tap.
You can sign up to receive the notifications by

Second, I have created a Tapping Tracking Journal, the same as the one I use every morning, plus a short video training explaining how to get the most out of it.
When you sign up for the notifications, you will receive an email with links to the tracking journal and training.
And the best part is that the challenge is FREE!
I hope you will join us! Our goal
this year, as a community, is to do 15,000 rounds of tapping. You are not responsible for all 15,000 rounds of course, but even if you join us for just a few days, you will help us get closer to our goal.
To sign up for the 30-Day Tapping Challenge, all you need to do is
