Good morning,
We were only three days into this November's 30-Day Tapping Challenge when I received an interesting email from one of the participants:
Gene, I am really enjoying the tapping challenge, even though we have just started. One thing I notice is you use the same phrases over and over again. Is this on purpose or is it just the habits you have formed while tapping? I'm not asking this as a criticism, but I am wondering if there is a reason for it.
First off, I was flattered to receive an email like this. Having someone listen that closely to my work that they are noticing patterns is kind of cool!
Secondly, they are exactly right. I am very intentional in the tapping phrases I choose.
The phrases I use are based on lots of experimentation in my own tapping practice, hundreds of hours of tapping with clients, and all the study I have done about healing and how the subconscious mind works.
I have put together a free training called My Favorite Phrases in which I explain what my favorites are and why I use those particular phrases.
I think the most important part of these training videos is the explanation as to why I am using specific phrases. When you understand the why, you can then come up with phrases that work even better for you.
As well as the training being free, it is all available to you on YouTube right now.
You can watch the videos in any order, and you don't have to watch
them all in one sitting.
Even if you don't use my exact phrases, I know the ideas behind the phrases will make you a more effective tapper.
You can find the full series here: https://tappingqanda.com/favorite-phrases
As you work your way through the videos, let me know if you have any questions, thoughts, or feedback. And I'd love to hear about your favorite tapping phrases too.
I know you will enjoy the series!
Gene
