Good morning,
One of the things that I love about tapping is the fact that you can start tapping in the moment, right away, without having to wait for anything else.
BUT, just because we can jump right into a round of tapping doesn't mean we should.
About two years ago I added a new mantra to my life. It is "first action, best action". What this means is, what is the first action I can take to ensure the action I want to take is
the best version of that action.
Sometimes the first action is as simple as taking a nice deep breath before you begin something to make sure you are calm and in the moment. Other times the first action might be spending thirty minutes to get your thoughts together before you have a difficult conversation to make sure you can share everything you want in the best way
possible.
I feel the same way about tapping. Tapping is great AND if I take 30 seconds before I tap to set up my tapping session I am going to get more out of the time.
Because this is the case I have a four point checklist that I go through
before I sit down to tap and I have a second four point checklist which I read through before I work with a client.
It takes less than thirty seconds to read through the list, but it makes a HUGE difference in my results.
This week in the
podcast I share with you both lists and explain the reasoning behind each of the points. After you hear my explanations you can use my list or create one that is perfect for you.

I would love to hear what you would put on your pre-tapping checklist,
