Good morning,
One of the hardest parts about sharing tapping with others is the fact that tapping is simple to explain and understand, but that doesn't mean it is easy to do, especially when
tapping on your own.
Most of us were introduced to tapping by a skilled practitioner or teacher. As they were teaching us tapping they would say a tapping phrase and we would repeat it as we moved from point to point.
It was amazing!
The relief was quick. The process was simple. Excitement abounded.
After learning the basics of tapping I can still remember the first time I tried tapping on my own.
It didn't work!
It wasn't because tapping didn't work. Instead I went to tap and I needed to start to say tapping phrases and my mind went blank.
I had no clue what to say or where to
start.
My first tapping experience is super common.
I hear similar stories all of the time of people who were so excited to tap and then they just didn't know what to say.
This week in the podcast I share with you my favorite way to create the perfect tapping script. AND when I say perfect tapping script I mean the perfect tapping script for you.
It is a process that is so simple that I use it every day and I know you are going
to love it.
