She asked if she could have my time machine (and I'm giving it to her)
Good morning,
Right before I ended one of my client calls, my client "Ellen" had an odd request.
She said, "In our next session, please can you share your time machine with me so that I can get 56 billion things done every day like you do?"
My reply surprised her a little bit.
I told her that I didn't actually have a time machine. (That didn't surprise her.) Then I told her the reason that I get so much done is down to how I start my day. I explained that I use a simple 10-minute process in the morning to set myself up for a great day.
I don't bend the space-time
continuum to get more done, but by starting my day in the right way.
I want to share the process with you AND I want you to join my morning tapping.
The process itself is straightforward. Each
morning I tap for one of six areas:
- Resetting my energetic state to start the day
- One mindset issue from my life
- The resources and support I need for the day
- Physical health
- Any issues of concern for the day (both practical and emotional)
- My intention for the day
To help you start your day like I do, I have created a special program called the 5 AM Action Club that includes:
1) My Process – You will receive a copy of the step-by-step process I use every morning in the form of a simple worksheet. You can print it out, make notes on the process, and track your
progress over time.
2) Process Training Video – In addition to knowing the steps of the process, I want you to understand its constituent parts. This brief explanatory video will help you to get more out of the process and make it easier for you to customize it to meet your daily needs.
3) Tap With Me On Zoom (TWICE!) – Every weekday for two weeks (March 18th - 22nd and April 1st - 5th) I will do my morning process live on Zoom so that you can join me and tap along in real time. As well as the chance to tap together live, I will also incorporate tapping on the issues of those joining me.
I
am making a change to the program this year. Instead of leading the tapping once a day, I will be doing it twice!
You can join me live on Zoom at 5:30 AM and 10:00 AM Eastern US time each day. Pick the time that works best for you AND you can even show up to both sessions if you like!
4) Recording Of The Daily Tapping – You might not want to get up and tap with me at 5:30 AM. I understand. Each morning you will receive an email with a link to that day's tapping in video and mp3 versions from both the 5:30 AM and 10 AM sessions. The files will be downloadable so that if there's a session you find particularly helpful, you can tap on it over and over again.
5) Resistance Buster Training Day – The tapping that we will be doing each morning is designed to knock out the resistance you have as you step into your day. In addition to the resistance we have about doing our daily tasks, there is also the deep resistance that prevents us from making bigger changes in our lives.
On Saturday, March 30th from 10 AM to 4 PM Eastern US time, I will teach you three of my favorite tools to root out the deeper resistance to taking action. You will get a chance to learn these tools step by step, and also try them out in real time with me.
These sessions will also be recorded and available to download as video and audio-only
versions.
6) Bonus Q & A Videos – At the end of each week of tapping I will put out a request for questions about the process (or anything else related to tapping) and then share a video in which I answer all the questions.

doing this for two reasons. First, I know some people will not be able to join us live each morning and I want to make sure everyone has a chance to get their questions answered. Second, even if you are joining us live, I know questions tend to pop up after the calls. That way you will get the most out of the training.
