Good morning,
When most of us were first introduced to tapping, we were given the instruction to "be as specific as possible" when working on an issue.
This is often fairly easy advice to follow. If I am feeling a strong emotion, looking to take a specific action, or know exactly which limiting belief I would like to clear, then the starting point is obvious.
At other times, I find myself in a messy emotional state where I am
feeling all the emotions at once. When this happens, it is difficult for me to tell where one emotion ends and the next one begins.
OR I might be in a situation where I have so many pressing things happening in my life that I can't focus on one task, much less focus on it enough to do some tapping.
That's when I like to reach for one of my favorite tapping approaches that allows me to tap for more than one issue at a time.
The approach is so flexible that it can be used to start or end a tapping session, or can also make up the entire tapping session all by itself.
In this week's podcast you can hear my instructions, and then listen as I lead you through the whole process. So the first time you try it for yourself, you can just sit back, relax, and follow my lead.

Please give this a try and let me know how it works for you,
