Good morning,
In December I published the Tapping Action Journal. This is a daily tapping journal which was designed based on my morning tapping routine of the last three years.
It has been gratifying to hear from so many people who are using it daily. They are sharing stories of how it is helping them to get into the habit of tapping daily, how it is setting up their day for success, and how certain days feel like "it was written just for me!"
The most common question I have been receiving from those using the journal is "What is a tailender?"
The reason they are asking this question is at the end of each day of tapping the last step is to write down any tailenders.
What I didn't realize when writing the book is that the term "tailenders" isn't used much in most tapping trainings like it was 15 or 20 years ago when I learned the basics of tapping.
To me, tailenders are one of the most important parts of a tapping session because they are giving us a direct look into the subconscious mind.
This week in the podcast I share what a tailender is, why they exist, and (most importantly) how we can use these tailenders to get even more out of each tapping session.

I would love to hear your experience with tailenders as well.
Let me know how this resonates with you,
