Good morning,
Over the last number of years my relationship to tapping has changed.
I don't mean that I am tapping any more or any less, but instead there has been a change in how I think about tapping.
That evolution means I think about tapping as an approach rather than a tool.
No two rounds of tapping
are exactly the same. And I am not just talking about using different words or tapping on different issues.
Instead, the approach to tapping to calm myself in the moment is radically different from tapping to clear a childhood trauma.
Yes, I
am using the same tapping points. I might even be tapping with some of the same phrases, BUT there is a fundamental difference in the approach to those two types of tapping.
In this week's podcast I share my thoughts on the different approaches we can use when we are tapping AND the one question you must ask yourself before you start tapping in order to get the most
out of the session.
