We are one week out from the 5-Day Authentic Action Challenge and I have received a number of questions about the challenge. It is one of those cases where if one person has a question more than likely lots of people have the same question.

Here are the most common ones I have received so far.

Q: What if I can't make it live?

Everyday we will be live at 1 PM eastern. Immediately after the session finishes a replay of the session will be made available in the challenge Facebook group and the replay for each session will be available for 24 hours. This way you can find a time that works for you.

Q: How long are the sessions?"

The teaching each day will be 20-25 minutes long.

Q: What if I don't know the type of authentic action I want to take is OR what an authentic life might look like?

When you sign up you will receive access to a bonus training video. This video is designed to help you figure out what an authentic life might look like for you. At the end of the video you probably won't know what you want the next ten years for your life to look like, but it will create an amazing starting point for the 5-day challenge. The reality is as we grow and evolve what you want and authentic life to look like will change along with us.

Q: What do you mean by "there are prizes if we do our homework"?

At the end of each session you will be given a homework assignment on how you can implement the teaching of the day. These homework assignments are small and are designed for you to integrate the teaching. There will be a special homework thread each day in the challenge Facebook group where you will be able to post your homework. 30 minutes before each session I am going to randomly draw one person who submitted their homework in the thread and they will win a prize. Prizes include tapping training and 1:1 sessions with me.

Q: What do I get with the VIP Upgrade?

• Join the session live on Zoom (instead of the live stream on Facebook)

I am not a practitioner, am I going to get anything out of the challenge?

YES! What I am teaching during the challenge is to help you in your daily life. Even if you are the most inexperienced tapper you are going to get something out of each day.

I am a practitioner, can I use what is taught with my clients?

100% I want you to share this far and wide. If you find any or all of the tools and techniques that I teach you over the challenge in a client session you are more than welcome to use it. The only request I have is if you include any of the teachings in a program that you are running, a product you are creating, or any other piece of content please give credit as to where you learned it.
