Good morning,
My favorite part of working with clients and students is the questions they ask because I always learn so much from them.
As a teacher, I learn how to give clearer instructions so that I do a better job the next time.
As a tapper, I learn from every student's world view and experience. Through their questions I have the opportunity not only to see what I am teaching through someone else's eyes, but the experience of
transformation from a completely different point of view.
When I am answering questions, there is often a subtle shift from "How do I understand this more?" to "How do I make sure I am doing this 'right'?"
While I appreciate the desire to
'get it right', I do not believe there is such a thing as 'right' in transformation work. There are only approaches that are more or less useful. The usefulness of the approach isn't solely based on the techniques, but also the context of the moment at which we are trying to create healing and transformation.
When we are caught up in getting it right, we end up
overthinking the healing and transformation, which leads to us doing nothing at all.
This week in the podcast I share an approach (and seven tapping phrases) that will make sure you don't get caught up in trying to create the 'perfect' tapping session.
You can use this to help you get unstuck in the middle of a tapping session, create the perfect way to start a session, or be a standalone session all by itself.

I would love to hear how this works for you and what phrases you would add to my seven,
