Good afternoon,
As part of the Authentic Action Academy I host multiple Office Hours sessions every month.
This is a chance for my students to ask any question that is on their mind. We talk about the material that has been covered in the class as well as any other issue they are struggling with.
When answering these questions we talk about strategies and approaches as well as doing loads of tapping.
The questions that are asked are almost always about solving some sort of problem, which makes loads of sense because tapping is soooooooo good at creating transformation.
It can be used for:
- Release a negative emotions
- Heal a past memory
- Transform a limiting belief
- Reduce (or even) eliminate physical pail
- Quiet our critical voice
Recently during one of these sessions I received this request:
Right now I am feeling great. I'm in a good mood, I am consistently taking action, and feeling motivated over all. Is there a way that we can use tapping to reinforce everything that is going so well?
I love this question AND the answer is an emphatic YES!

It is so easy to focus on what we want to change
that we miss what is already going well.
