Good morning,
One of my favorite parts of the office hours sessions I run with my students are the questions asked by those that are practitioners.
The questions revolve around how best to serve their clients. They ask about:
- How to communicate better with their clients
- How to find root causes faster
- How to encourage clients to do homework between sessions
- What to do when an unexpected issue comes up
- What to do when they don't know what to do
next
- How to ensure clients are safe during and after a session
- How to track clients' progress
- How to keep clients accountable
I love these conversations because of their concern about creating deeper, longer lasting healing in the world.
When you are in the middle of a session, no matter how much you want to do right by your clients, managing all the concerns listed above can feel a little overwhelming.
AND then the struggle can be compounded by your critical voice.
While you are in the middle of a session and trying to keep all the details straight, your critical voice starts questioning your ability as a practitioner…if you are making the right choice in the moment…wondering what your client is thinking about you…and if you will ever be as competent as other practitioners you know!
It is hard to be caught between wanting to help others and wondering if you are capable and qualified to do so.
It comes down to the art of delivery
Being a successful
practitioner and running successful sessions does not just depend on being good with your transformational tools, it is about how you use those tools. This is often referred to as "the art of delivery".
The art of delivery encompasses everything beyond the tools themselves and even though we refer to it as an art, that doesn't mean it is mysterious or
unknowable.
You can learn practical fundamentals to make the art of delivery like second nature, in much the same way as you have mastered your transformational tools such as tapping.
To help you feel more confident in your ability, and to
trust your gifts and talents with clients, I have created a new program called Tapping Session Success Blueprint.
There are four parts to the training:
- Being well resourced and prepared
- Ensure you are mentally and emotionally prepared for every session
- Let go of your
agenda and stay present with your client
- Maintain a balanced state before, during, and after sessions
- Show up as the best, most skilled version of yourself
- How to structure a client session
- Learn the six elements that make up a successful client session
- Meet your clients' needs while keeping them emotionally safe
- Develop a clear game plan for clients to continue their healing and transformation post-session
- Make sure that your
clients leave every session with tangible action steps
- Using tapping effectively
- Maximize the effectiveness of tapping during sessions
- Stay focused so you aren't chasing every issue or memory that arises
- Handle unexpected issues with confidence
- Avoid feeling lost
- Creating a long-term transformational journey for your clients
- Develop comprehensive healing plans beyond one-off sessions
- Implement best practices for
client intake, accountability, and progress tracking
- Make it easier for your clients to buy into a healing journey, taking the pressure off getting everything done in a single session or producing "one-minute wonders"
To summarize, you will learn how to show up for client sessions, how best to structure a tapping session, how to get the most out
of tapping (and all the other amazing tools you use), and how to help your clients for the long term.
And I'm not alone!
One of the things that I am most excited about in this training is that my
sister, Elaine Monterastelli, will be co-leading the program. That means you will get two Monterastellis for the price of one!
Elaine has over 20 years of coaching experience. She is thoughtful, insightful, empathetic, and a great coach. I’m excited for you to benefit from her wisdom.
The Tapping Session Success Blueprint will take place live on Zoom on Saturday, August 24th starting at 10:00 AM Eastern US time and will run until about 4:00 PM Eastern.
There will be breaks for stretching and meals during the training to ensure you are able to stay
engaged and focused.
The entire training will be recorded so you can access the teaching as often as you would like afterwards. We will cover a great deal of content on the day and while you will understand all of it right away, you will find nuance and subtleties in the material as you revisit it over time.
The training also includes a bonus Q&A session on Sunday, September 15th at 12 noon Eastern US time. This will give you a chance not only to digest what you have learned at the training but try it out with your clients. You can then ask follow-up questions based on your lived experience.
Since this is the first time we are running this program, we are offering the training, the recordings, and the bonus Q&A session for the introductory price of just $197.

If this helps you to work with clients more confidently, safely, and successfully, and if you help even one client to find deeper and longer lasting healing, then the training will pay for itself.
I am passionate about equipping helpers and practitioners to trust themselves and their
giftedness. The more well-formed and effective healing practitioners there are in the world, the better place it is for all of us.
Elaine and I hope you can join us on August 24th!
