Good afternoon,
At the beginning of a one-on-one session, I like to catch up with my clients to see how things have been since the last time we met.
They talk about the issues we have worked on together, what they continue to struggle with, and share their successes.
When they share their struggles, the question I used to ask was "Did you tap for that?"
Many of my clients hated that question!
The reason they hated the question is because it sounds like an accusation.
What I meant by the question
was:
"I am curious about how you felt at the moment, what tools did you use, how effective were those tools, and what didn't work for you?"
What they heard was:
"Why didn't you tap for that?"
I completely understand the emotional response to my question, which is why I don't ask it anymore. It is embarrassing to be in a situation where we know what to do, we know how to do it, and yet for some reason we don't do it.
They were embarrassed that they didn't tap and it felt like I was calling them out.
There is a common reason we don't tap in the moment: We don't know what to say!
Tapping sits in a tricky place. It is simple, but it is not always easy. Simple and easy are not the same thing!
When you are tapping with a skilled practitioner, everything they have you say while tapping makes perfect sense. To the point of being obvious.
But just because something is obvious when you hear it, doesn't mean it is obvious to come up with on your own.
ESPECIALLY when you are in emotional distress!!!
When we are in distress, our thinking is cloudy, which makes it harder to know what to tap on in the moment.
This is one of the reasons I love creating step-by-step processes for my clients and students.
It removes
the need to have to know what to say in the moment.
The most comprehensive process I have created is something I call the RKAT, which stands for the Really Kick-Ass Technique. (More on the silly name below.)
When you don't know how to start
tapping OR you want to make sure you tap on every aspect of an issue, all you need to do is follow the steps of the RKAT.
Here are the details...
The RKAT:
- Is a step-by-step process that will lead you through tapping for almost any
issue imaginable
- Is built on 7 healing fundamentals that underpin the work I do every day with my clients
- Holds your hand so you can be in the transformational moment without having to think about what comes next
- Creates healing and transformation in a safe way
- Ensures that you can return to your day in a safe and energized way once you finish your tapping session
- Can be used for your own personal tapping practice or when you are working with clients
(practitioners have permission to use any part of the process with their clients)
I want you to learn AND (more importantly) use the RKAT to get more powerful results with your tapping!
To do this, I will be teaching the RKAT process live for the first time in
almost five years!
If you join us for the RKAT training, you will receive:
- Live training – In this live Zoom training I will teach you the fundamentals that underpin the RKAT, as well as teach you the RKAT itself. There will be lots of time for Q&A as we work through the training. We will also go through the full RKAT process together live. This
will give you the chance to experience it firsthand as I guide you through the steps.
- Full recording of the training – You will receive both video and audio-only recordings of the training. Not only is this great for those who can't join us live, you'll also be able to return to the training as often as you like.
- Two Follow-up Q&A Sessions on Zoom – When we learn something for the first time, we often feel like we understand it. Only when we have had a chance to
try it on our own do we realize we don't understand it as deeply as we first thought. We may also encounter questions from our lived experience that didn't come up in class. To help you master the process in an even deeper way, I will be hosting two follow-up Q&A sessions where you can ask all the questions that have come up for you as you have tried the process on your own.
- RKAT Manual – The manual includes written instruction for the fundamentals of RKAT, as well as detailed
instructions for the process itself. I know there are multiple learning styles, and the written content will give you one more way to learn and master the process.
- RKAT Worksheet – The worksheet sets out the steps in the process. Once you understand the parts, you can follow the steps on the worksheet and just be present to the process. This is perfect when you are tapping on your own. There is also space on the worksheet for notes so that you can review previous tapping sessions
to track your progress and identify persistent tailenders.
- Bonus RKAT Audio Trainings – I have recorded a standalone training of the entire process. This was created for when I offered this program without the live training component. After you have gone through the training, these audios provide a useful refresher and will be easier to work through than the class.
I will be running the RKAT live training in Zoom
on Sunday, July 7th, starting at 10:30 AM Eastern US time.
In the past I have charged $497 to attend the training live, and $297 for just the digital version of the RKAT.
As a once-off, I have decided to offer a summer special (well, summer
in the US anyway!) on the live training and the full RKAT process for only $197.
That is a 60% saving off the regular live training price.

You are going to love this!
Even though this started out as a silly joke, it has turned into something I truly love that is a
powerful tool for transformation.
I want you to imagine what it will be like to be able to name the issue that you would like to transform, and then simply follow the steps to transformation. The process really is that simple.
AND once you
understand why each part of the process is included, you will be excited to work through all the steps in the process because you will know how each one compounds the overall effectiveness of the tool.
You are not going to want to miss this training opportunity.

If you have any questions about the process, all you need to do is reply to this email and I will help you out.
I can't wait to share this with you,
Gene

silly as RKAT, you can read about it here: https://tappingqanda.com/rkat
