Good morning,
One of the reasons I love tapping is because it is such an incredibly versatile tool.
We can use tapping to clear negative emotions, transform limiting beliefs, manage and reduce pain, and heal past traumas, to name just a few of its many applications.
In addition to these applications, there is a sneakily low-key way to use tapping that I don't think is talked about enough.
We can tap simply to feel our emotions.
When doing this, I am not trying to understand, heal, alter, or release my emotions.
If you have ever experienced the amazing release that comes from a great tapping session, this may sound like it is not a big deal.
OR you might think that I am setting my sights too low.
There are times in my past when if
someone had recommended this kind of tapping to me, I would have thought exactly the same thing.
But after tapping this way for years and recommending that my clients do the same, I have come to realize that this is a powerful way to tap.
In
this week's podcast I explore what this type of tapping looks like, why I find it so impactful, and do some tapping as an example.
This is an approach to tapping that I think everyone should have in their tapping tool box.
