Good morning,
One of the highlights of this year's 24 Hours of Tapping is a conversation that I had with the women in the HARP program in the Chesterfield County Jail.
With the help of one of the program's facilitators, Kerri Rhodes, I was able to interview a number of incarcerated women who are working through a recovery program. They shared their firsthand experience of how tapping has transformed their lives.
During the conversation, I asked one of the women what she has learned about herself through tapping.
Her reply was, "I learned that I can have friends!"
She went on to explain how every relationship in her life has changed for the
better because of the healing she has experienced through tapping.
It was one of the most encouraging and uplifting conversations you are going to hear.
The best part is that the women wrote tapping scripts to share with us.
If you haven't had a chance to listen to the conversation yet, do yourself a favor and do it right away.
Not only will it increase your faith in humanity, but it will also create healing in your day with some beautiful tapping.
