Good morning,
If you are anything like me, you are enthusiastic about sharing tapping with the people in your life.
I love sharing my own experience and how tapping cured my crippling social anxiety, the experiences of my clients and students and, if they are interested, I tell them about the origins and science of tapping.
At some point in the conversations, I list the many and various applications of tapping.
We all know that list!
Tapping can be used for clearing limiting beliefs, finding emotional relief in the moment, resolving past traumas, and for physical issues like pain management.
The interesting thing is that one of the applications listed stands out from the rest: tapping for physical issues.
The reason it stands out is because it is something tappers often mention, but rarely use.
Years ago, in an effort to better understand the interests of my readers and listeners, I did a survey. Less than 7% of the respondents mentioned that they used tapping for physical issues.
At the time I didn't give it much notice and instead focused on the topics that
most interested my audience.
My thoughts on tapping for physical issues changed on Sunday. During a Q&A session with my students, one of them asked about tapping for something physical and she told us that she was resistant to tapping for physical issues.
As we talked about her resistance, I started to realize why we often overlook tapping for physical issues and miss out on its benefits.
In this week's podcast I explore the reasons people aren't tapping for physical issues as much as they could. In addition, I share a simple checklist that will make it easier for you to tap for physical issues,
thereby making it more likely that you will actually do it!

Tapping for physical
issues is soooo underutilized and I believe you are missing out on the relief you could experience if you aren't using it.
I would love to hear how this little process works for you,
Gene
