It can be tricky to be stuck between two choices that are far from perfect, but sometimes being of two minds is the best possible place to be!
Not only is
it a great place to be, but somewhere we're at our most human and humane.
This week in the podcast I share with you how to identify when it is good to be "of two minds" and (most importantly) how to tap in those situations.
Once I understood
this concept, I found tapping easier and AND being human easier.
I know that is a big claim, but it is true!
Here is my reflection on being of two (or a hundred) minds:

I would love to hear how many little brains you have in your brain,
Gene
PS: I have had some questions recently about the difference between the audio and video versions of the podcast. There are slight differences between the two BUT the content, teaching, and tapping are exactly the same, as I record them at the same time. It is mostly about giving you a choice for what works best for
you.
