Good morning,
In the back of the notebook I use to track my daily to-dos, I keep a bunch of lists.
Some are personal, like books to read, movies to watch, and restaurants to try. Others are business-related, with ideas for future classes, digital products, and podcast episodes.
One of my favorite lists is titled "The Lab".
Why? Because about five or six times a month, I conduct a tapping experiment.
These experiments are my chance to step into a "tapping laboratory". Sometimes I'll tap for an issue I've never tapped for before, incorporate another healing modality, or try something completely new. It's where I get
to play and explore.
Whenever I have an idea for an experiment, I jot it down under "The Lab". Then, when the mood strikes, I pick an idea and dive in.
Recently, inspiration for a new approach to tapping came from the most unexpected place:
a podcast about college football.
And when I say inspired, I basically took their idea and added tapping!
I've been experimenting with this idea for several weeks now, and I have to say it's been amazing.
It might just be the most avant-garde tapping I've ever done.
I don't want to spoil the surprise, but I'd love for you to try it.

This is one of the rare podcasts where the video version offers something extra. You'll still get incredible value from the audio-only version, but if you can, I encourage you to watch the video.
Since this approach is a little "out there," I'd love to hear how it resonates with you.
Let me know your thoughts. I'd love to hear about your experience!
