Good morning,
"I am not sure what to say" is one of the most common reasons given by my clients and students for not tapping, even when they know they really want to tap.
This obstacle makes so much sense.
When we are tapping with a practitioner, practice partner, tap-along video on YouTube, or tapping script, we don't have to think about what we are saying.
We can just sit back, relax, and follow along.
The moment we are in distress and we are tapping on our own, not only do we have to come up with what to say while tapping, we also have to do it when we are feeling bad.
I don't know about you, but when I need tapping, I am in my least creative state and knowing what to say is hard.
Although we might be using the same tapping points on the body, there is a huge difference in how we tap for physical pain, emotional distress in the moment, or clearing a past trauma, to name just a few examples.
I believe that there are five basic types of tapping that every tapper should know.
More than likely you already know some, if not all, of these ways. But knowing how to do something doesn't mean we also remember to use it when needed.
For me, naming the different types of tapping I could do made it sooooooo much easier for me to find the right one to use in the moment.
This Wednesday at 11 AM Eastern time I will be live on YouTube explaining the five types of tapping you should
know.
The training is FREE and I would love for you to join us.
