Good morning,
I received some great feedback in response to the podcast I shared with you a few weeks ago, How to create a daily tapping routine, and have heard from a number of people who are tapping more regularly as a result.
Today I'd like to share with you how you can take your tapping
practice to the next level AND get even more out of each time you sit down to tap.
In this week's podcast, I explain how I track my tapping sessions, a process I have developed and refined over the years.
Using this process not only
encourages me to tap more, but it also helps me to get back in the groove of tapping regularly when I have lapsed into not tapping as much as I would like.
The process is designed to capture the insights gained during tapping sessions and record issues I can tap on in the future. By doing this, all of my tapping sessions build on the previous ones, ensuring I dig
deeper and deeper with the issues I am addressing.
Even if you are not a daily (or regular) tapper, this straightforward approach will make every round of tapping even more powerful.

I am always trying to improve on this process, so I would love to hear how it works for you and how you have tailored it to your personal needs,
Gene
