Good morning,
As you are reading this email, I am probably in Wyoming visiting my family over the holidays.
December in Wyoming is no joke. With windchill, temperatures regularly drop to -40F and below.
That is not a typo.
When I am in Brooklyn, I regularly dress for form and fashion.
But in the Wyoming winter, my only concerns are warmth and coziness.
This week in the podcast I have a tapping sequence for you that is all about warmth and coziness.
Back in November I shared a tapping experiment where we tapped to the sights and sounds of a gentle forest stream.
It was so well received by my clients and students that I decided to create a similar tapping experience that is seasonally appropriate (for those of us in the northern hemisphere).
Get out your warmest pajamas and your coziest blanket and tap along with me here: https://youtu.be/dmrYHRUwYmA
I know you are going to love it!
Gene
