Good morning,
Something I particularly love about people in the tapping community is their kindness and willingness to help others.
They want to make their world better and they want to make the world a better place for everyone.
This is great…except when it is not!
One of the biggest struggles I see in the tapping community is people who are so good at helping and taking care of others that they often end up putting themselves last.
I am just as susceptible to this as anyone else.
To
address the issue, I have started to tap for a new person who is someone I have never tapped for before. It started out as a joke, but I now tap daily for this person.
At this point, you are probably thinking that I am talking about myself.
I'm NOT!
This week in the podcast, I share the new person I am tapping for and, after learning the process, I am guessing you will start tapping for this person as well.

I can't wait to hear how you add this to your own regular tapping practice.

PS Don't forget that
this Saturday, October 19th I am running the brand-new training Tapping for Pets: A Practical Guide to Supporting Your Animal’s Well-Being. In addition to the live training, everyone who participates will receive a library of tapping resources to make tapping for your pets even easier.
