On August 1st, 2007, I posted my very first article to TappingQandA.com with the title "Making Tapping and EFT Routine".
In the seventeen years since posting that article, I have had countless conversations with students and clients about making tapping part of their daily routine.
It is SO frustrating to have access to the amazing tool that is tapping and then not to use it when we are most in need.
When tapping is part of our daily routine, we benefit in two ways. First, we feel better because we are tapping on the regular and second, we are more likely to remember to tap in the moment if we are already in the habit of tapping every day.
Since writing that first article I have learned even more ways to help create a daily habit of tapping. This week in the podcast, I share five simple steps with you to make tapping (or any other tool) a part of your daily routine.
It will only take you a few minutes a day to lay the groundwork for a powerful daily tapping practice.
