I'm sure it is unsurprising that I spend time tapping every morning.
Most mornings, I tap for 15-20 minutes. I tap on the day ahead, my to-do list, my physical health, and anything else I need to set up my day for success.
Sometimes, I don't have that much time. I might be traveling, attending an event, have friends or family in town, or I am just running late.
Even when I have a tight schedule, I still tap daily.
Spending as little as 3-5 minutes in the morning tapping makes such a huge difference in my day.
