At the beginning of 2025, one of the areas I decided to focus on is ensuring that I am setting myself up for success.
That means asking myself this question before I start any task: "What is the one thing I can do right now that will help me to do this more quickly and more easily, and achieve the best possible result?"
My shorthand for this strategy is First Action, Best Action.
We know that tapping is a super powerful tool that can heal past wounds and trauma.
It is also my go-to tool to set myself up for success in my work.
