Good morning,
At the most basic level, every time we sit down to tap (or use any transformational tool), our goal is simple.
We would like total, eternal, and instantaneous transformation.
The reason we want this is because IT WOULD BE AWESOME if it could happen that way!
Wanting this wildly
ambitious outcome isn't a bad thing. It is good to have a goal to shoot for and the possibility of meaningful transformation motivates us to take action towards lasting change.
On another level, wanting this can get in the way of our healing and transformation.
Fixating on the speed of transformation can have us feeling frustrated and unmotivated, leading to us taking short cuts when we are tapping that do not produce good results.
One of the biggest changes that I have made when I am tapping, whether on my own or with clients, is the rate at which I work.
Compared to just a few years ago, I now move so much more s-l-o-o-o-w-l-y when I am tapping.
This has created a gentler healing process AND improved the quality of my results each time I sit down to tap.
In this week's podcast, I share the value of moving more slowly AND I show exactly how I do that in my tapping sessions. Listen to learn how you too can get more out of your tapping, while keeping frustration at the speed of the process at bay.
Moving more slowly might seem obvious,
but it does not mean you will do it effectively when you are tapping. This week's instruction will g,uide you from just understanding the idea to knowing how to implement it in a way that will dramatically improve the quality of each round of tapping you do.

This is one of the most valuable changes I have made to my tapping practice and I believe you are missing out if you don't do the same.
Let me know how it works for
you,
Gene
